Whenever the matter is so urgent and the documents compiled with the paper book pointed out as defective by the registry and such documents can not be made available in due time without loss of time, then such application can be moved before the registrar supreme court of India on the letterhead of the advocate on record/party in person

Sir,

That the registry of this Hon’ble Court has pointed out two defects pertaining to the apropos defect no. (4) Regarding the order dated 29/05/2007 and 21/10/2005 and 16/05/2007 respectively relied on the impugned order. It is submitted that the above-noted documents are not required at this stage and whenever the court will direct the counsel for the petitioner to file the same as additional documents, the same will have complied.
In view of the above, it is submitted that kindly ignored the above-said defects and list the captioned matter at my sole risk.
